Welcome aboard, Captain. This guide explains, in plain terms, how betting and bonuses work on Cursed Captain. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Specific amounts, percentages, and time limits are always shown on the relevant offer or in the cashier; this guide describes the rules, not the current figures.

1. YOUR ACCOUNT AND BALANCES

Your account holds two kinds of funds:

  • Real balance — funds you can withdraw, subject to verification and limits.

  • Bonus balance — funds and Free Spins from promotions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They convert to real funds only after you meet the wagering requirement attached to them.

When you place a bet, funds are generally drawn from the balance associated with your active play (for example, an active bonus) according to our system's rules. Free Spins are a special case and may run alongside an active bonus.

2. PLACING BETS

You place a bet by selecting a game and choosing your stake within the limits set by that game. Once a round is confirmed, the outcome is determined by the game's own logic and random number generation supplied by the game provider. Results are final once the round completes.

3. RTP (RETURN TO PLAYER)

Each game has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) — the long-run percentage of total stakes a game is designed to return to players over a very large number of rounds. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not predict the outcome of any single session. You can usually find a game's RTP in its information panel.

4. HOW BONUSES WORK

  • Claim → Deposit (if required) → Activate. You claim a promotion, which places it among your available bonuses. If the offer requires a deposit, the bonus becomes ready to activate once you deposit. You then activate it to play.

  • One active bonus at a time. To switch to another available bonus, cancel the current one first. Free Spins can run alongside any active bonus.

  • Wagering requirement. Before bonus funds (and winnings from them) can move to your real balance, you must wager them the number of times stated in the offer. Free Spins winnings become bonus funds and follow the same requirement.

  • Time limit. Complete the wagering within the period stated in the offer. If the time runs out, the bonus and any winnings tied to it are removed.

  • Maximum win from a bonus. The amount you can win and release from a bonus may be capped at a multiple of the bonus, as stated in the offer.

5. GAME CONTRIBUTION TO WAGERING

Not all games count the same towards a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute in full, while other categories (such as certain table or live games) may contribute less or not at all. The contribution rates that apply to an offer are shown with that offer. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering.

6. CASHBACK

Where cashback is offered, it is worked out from your net real-money losses over the stated period. Only real-money losses count — losses from bonus funds and Free Spins are not included. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and carries the applicable wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

7. TOURNAMENTS AND LEADERBOARDS

When you opt into a tournament, you earn points by wagering on qualifying games during the tournament period. The leaderboard ranks players by points, and the prize pool is shared among the top finishers as set out in the tournament rules. Prizes are credited as bonus funds or Free Spins and carry the applicable wagering requirement.

8. TASK-BASED PROMOTIONS (e.g. 7 DAYS OF LUCK)

Some promotions ask you to complete a task each day or over a period to earn rewards (for example, keys you spend on reward packs). Complete the stated task to earn the reward, then activate what you receive. Rewards are bonus funds and/or Free Spins and carry the applicable wagering requirement and time limit shown in the offer.

9. REFER A FRIEND

Share your invite link. When someone new registers through your link and completes the qualifying action stated in the offer, your reward is granted. Rewards for referrals are typically Free Spins, credited as bonus funds, and carry the applicable wagering requirement. Referring yourself or creating duplicate accounts is not rewarded and may lead to account restrictions.

10. VIP LEVELS

As you play, you may progress through VIP levels based on your activity. Higher levels can unlock benefits such as improved cashback, faster withdrawal processing, better bonus terms, and dedicated support, as described on the VIP page. Level requirements and benefits are shown on the Website and may change from time to time.


11. FAIR PLAY, ERRORS, AND VOID BETS

Play must be genuine and for personal entertainment. Bets or wins resulting from a technical fault, game malfunction, or obvious error may be voided, and stakes returned, in line with the game provider's rules and our procedures. Attempts to abuse bonuses, use multiple accounts, collude, or gain an unfair advantage may result in voided winnings and account closure.


12. RESPONSIBLE PLAY
